Event masterplanning, capacity studies, and technical documentation for music, dance, and outdoor productions.
Working with production managers and agencies, I developed venue layouts and approval drawings for a range of Red Bull events in Romania.
Starting from supplier stage designs and production briefs, I brought the event elements together on scaled venue plans. The work combined spatial planning, capacity and evacuation calculations, quantity schedules, and revisions as each production developed.

Event masterplanning, technical layout development, capacity studies, fence schedules, and site and evacuation plans for Romanian fire-safety approval.
I worked remotely with production managers to study placement options, dimension the layouts, and incorporate changes to partner areas, bars, food trucks, and audience arrangements. Evacuation calculations and proposed exit widths were reviewed by specialist fire-safety consultants.
SOUNDCLASH – PLANNING AROUND TWO STAGES
SoundClash places the audience between two opposing stages. Each edition required a coordinated arrangement of performance areas, audience space, technical positions, platforms, backstage facilities, and public services.
My role was to integrate the supplier designs into the venue plan, establish dimensions and setting-out references, and develop the associated capacity and evacuation calculations. Layouts evolved with production feedback and ticket sales, with changes carried through into the drawing set.
The selected archive covers six editions: 2019 and 2022–2026.

DANCE YOUR STYLE – FITTING THE EVENT TO THE SQUARE
For Dance Your Style, I developed layouts for Piata Sfatului in Brasov and Piata George Enescu in Bucharest, across three events in 2024 and 2025.
The work brought the performance area, audience positions, technical facilities, and supporting elements into the existing public spaces. Each location required a different arrangement, with dimensions and reference points for installation and the relevant capacity and approval information.

FLUGTAG – CONNECTING ISLAND AND SHORELINE
At Lacul Morii, the event extended across the island and surrounding shoreline. The site plan brought together the launch area, participant spaces, viewing areas, services, and access arrangements within a much wider footprint.
Working with the Red Bull team, I translated the supplied event requirements into coordinated site documentation, showing how the different areas related to one another and where production and emergency access needed to be maintained.

RACING SHOWRUN – PLANNING AT URBAN SCALE
For the 2022 Racing Showrun, the event footprint extended along Bulevardul Libertatii and into Constitution Square.
I developed the coordinated layout around the supplied show requirements, bringing together the demonstration route, spectator areas, paddock, temporary platforms, partner spaces, and public services. The drawings documented dimensions, barriers, access points, and emergency lanes across the wider site.

COLLABORATORS
The work was commissioned through agencies and production partners working with Red Bull and delivered through Monograf Studio.
Production managers across the selected projects included Oana Boeriu, Corina Panait, Andrei Florea, Marius Udma, and Stefan Petre.
Stage designs were supplied by the production teams and their technical partners, including Five’s International and Backstage on relevant projects.
Specialist fire-safety review included collaboration with Alexandra Daramus.
Architect Roberta Boeriu provided architectural sign-off.
Outcome
The drawing sets gave production teams dimensions, quantities, and spatial references for installation, alongside the site and evacuation information prepared for approval.
Across recurring editions and different venues, the collaboration involved keeping those documents coordinated as layouts, requirements, and audience provisions changed.
